A one-time onboarding fee covers the two-week build, branding, integrations, and data migration. Then a monthly platform fee scales with your edition and seat count. Payments run through Stripe — under your account for customer-facing flows, under ours for the platform fee. We send pricing during your demo so it's tailored to your business size.
Luxorus Studio is the team that builds the platform. Custom workflows, integrations, mobile apps, and bespoke modules are scoped as add-on engagements. Most clients start with their edition, run it for a quarter, and then commission custom work once they know what they actually need — not what they thought they needed on day one.
